- Executing the role of receiving requirement from user, noting down incidents, issues need to be resolved. Categorizing, establish priority level and resolving in experience area. Transfering requirement to next level department to execute. Controlling the progress of executing requirement. Response to user throughout the process of support.
- Managing user support by establish and supervise SLA between IT division and major, and controlling commit of partner with IT division.
- Continuously improve service quality, assuring that user support is fast, effective, faithful, correct and friendly. Managing service quality by statistic, analyzing the operating data.
- Organizing report, statistic, assessment of provided service effectively.
- Controlling process and commitment of service quality in the process of supporting user
- Building activities process of Department, follow all tasks.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Education: Bachelor of Information Technology or Bachelor of Economics.
- Having experience of T24 support is a plus.
- Knowledge of IT and banking major.
- English communication is equivalent to C level (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing).
- Good customer service skill.
- Good skills of communication and customer relationship.
